CERTIFICATIONS, CME, CE, AND CPD
Completion certificates, digital credentials, badges, CME credits, CE credits, CPD recognition, or other certifications are issued only upon successful completion of all required course components, assessments, evaluations, and participation requirements.
Accreditation, CME, CE, CPD, or certification acceptance may vary by jurisdiction, licensing board, employer, association, or regulatory authority. Medbridge Global does not guarantee acceptance, transferability, reciprocity, or recognition by any third party organization or governing body.
Digital certificates are typically delivered within 3 business days following successful completion. Physical certificates, where applicable, may require up to 30 days for processing and delivery.
Questions regarding certifications or accreditation should be submitted in writing to support@medbridge.global.
Medbridge Global reserves the right to revoke, suspend, invalidate, or refuse certification, credentials, badges, or course completion recognition at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to:
academic dishonesty
fraudulent activity
misrepresentation
unauthorized sharing of course materials
violation of these Terms
conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of Medbridge Global programs
All certifications, digital badges, trademarks, and credentialing marks remain the intellectual property of Medbridge Global.
Users may not falsely represent, alter, misuse, transfer, or imply endorsement beyond the scope of the awarded credential.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All prices are listed in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital educational materials, all purchases are final and non refundable except where required by applicable law.
Failure to complete a course, inability to obtain licensing recognition, dissatisfaction with educational outcomes, or technical limitations on the User’s side shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Medbridge Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for failed payments, disputed charges, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to all Medbridge Global services, accounts, certifications, and credentials until the matter is resolved.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
You agree to notify Medbridge Global immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of Your account.
PASSWORD SHARING POLICY

If Medbridge Global determines, in its sole discretion, that login credentials or course access have been shared, transferred, resold, or otherwise improperly distributed, Medbridge Global reserves the right to:

pursue legal remedies where applicable
No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights related to Medbridge Global services and materials are owned by or licensed to Medbridge Global.

branding
